Support is provided to guide, prompt or undertake activities to ensure the participant obtains and/or retains appropriate accommodation. May include assisting to apply for a rental tenancy or to undertake tenancy obligations.

Our NDIS Accommodation and Tenancy Services
We provide one-on-one support to help participants achieve their accommodation and tenancy goals, such as assisting participants to explore and obtain alternative housing. We provide STA (Short Term Accommodation), MTA (Medium Term Accommodation), and respite.
Whether the NDIS participant needs assistance finding a new place to live or they are having problems with their current rental, we can help them. We can offer a variety of options so they can pick the ideal lodging that will also meet their needs. We provide them with housing and tenancy services as well as internal support to assist them with their daily tasks.
As part of our services, we help the participant communicate with the service providers and guide them through the entire process, making sure they can repeat the process successfully the next time they need new housing. Participants will be able to explore more options and will be able to build their capacity.
